Most networks have certain minimum requirements before payouts can be made and many require you to apply to each individual product affiliates to determine of your are 'suitable' for their products. One advantage with Clickbank for beginning affiliates is that once your account is approved you are automatically approved for every product in their range.
This allows you to focus on your research, websites and campaigns rather than be hindered by process and waiting for product owners to respond to you. So rather than sell a product here and there across affiliate network it may be advantageous to choose one and sell products only from them in the beginning. You will achieve your first payout more quickly which will encourage you to improve.
